The new inventory 2024 Volvo XC90 is where luxury meets utility. The new Volvo XC90 is a midsize, seven-seater luxury SUV with a stylish exterior, spacious interior, and impressive capabilities. The Volvo XC90 SUV provides a wide collection of features in a large inventory of XC90 SUVs. The new Volvo XC90 features three trim levels, three powertrain options, and 15 configurations.

Volvo XC90 Engine Performance

The Volvo XC90 powertrain options include the base B5, the more powerful B6 and mild-hybrid T8, the most powerful model. The base Volvo XC90 B5 SUV powertrain includes a directly injected, turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, eight-speed Geartronic automatic transmission, and all-wheel-drive that generates up to 250 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque.

The XC90 reaches 60 miles per hour in as little as 7.3 seconds and has a 4,000-pound towing capacity. The Volvo XC90 also features hill start assist, hill descent control, and start/stop technology.

The Volvo XC90 B6 adds a supercharger to the B5 powertrain, generating up to 295 horsepower and 310 pound-feet of torque. The XC90 B6 trim reaches 60 miles per hour in 6.4 seconds and has a 5,000-pound towing capacity. The Volvo XC90 T8 electric all-wheel drive features a plug-in hybrid powertrain that generates up to 455 horsepower and 523 pound-feet of torque. The estimated fuel economy for the Volvo XC90 SUV is 27 miles per gallon combined, and the all-electric range is 35 miles.

Volvo XC90 Interior and Exterior Features

The new Volvo XC90 SUV interior has a four-zone climate system, third-row air conditioning, and an air purifier. The base XC90 features leatherette upholstery and heated, power-front seats with lumbar support. The Volvo XC90 Plus includes features from the Core trim, a heated steering wheel, a 360-degree camera, leather upholstery, and a remote key.

The Volvo XC90 Plus trim includes a linear walnut decor and heated rear seats. The XC90 Ultimate adds ventilated Nappa leather upholstery, power, and four-way lumbar support. The new Volvo XC90 interior provides 65.5 cubic feet of cargo space with the seats up. With the seats folded down, the XC90 provides up to 85.7 cubic feet of cargo space. The Volvo XC90 B6 and T8 models are also available as six-seater SUVs.

The new Volvo XC90 exterior features bright, integrated roof rails, a panoramic roof, and tinted rear windows. The luxury XC90 SUV also has fig lights, a rain sensor, and wiper blades with integrated washers. The front grille features a chrome bar insert and chrome frame, and the body-colored door handles emit ground lighting.

Volvo XC90 Technology Features

The Volvo XC90 SUV comes standard with a high-performance 10-speaker audio system. Keyless entry with hands-free power tailgate and smart-device integration are standard. The new Volvo XC90 also features a steering wheel that provides remote control over the audio, navigation, and communication apps. The Volvo XC90 has a 9.0-inch center display, a 12-inch instrument panel, and adaptive cruise control. The Volvo XC90 Ultimate adds a graphical heads-up display and a Harman Kardon® premium sound system, among other features.

Volvo XC90 Safety Features

Some of the standard safety assistance features available on the new Volvo XC90 SUV include the lane keeping aid, oncoming lane mitigation, and slippery road alert. The Volvo XC90 also comes standard with park assist in the front and rear, a rear park assist camera, an alarm, multiple airbag systems, and a whiplash injury protection system.
